A limited release of 24. 000 bottles matured in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled in 2019 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. Tasting Notes: Aroma: Charred pineapple, earthy barley and a hearty slice of dense fruitcake, then some toasty oak warmth, orange zest and fennel. Palate: Still packing heavy dried fruit notes, with a hint of orange oil
