SOMBRA MEZCAL ARTESANAL JOVEN ENSAMBLE Balcones Baby Blue MATURATION: Aged separately by batchSombra Ensamble is a limited edition blend of wild & rare Tepeztate & Tobala agave, harvested from high in the Oaxacan Sierra. On the nose it has a vegetal and citrus aroma with hints of honey and pepper. On the palate there are notes of cake icing, tobacco, orange peel and salted caramel which lead into a luxuriously long finish. Recognizing our finite and precious resources, only 2,000 bottles of Sombra Ensamble were created.
