Instituted in 1895. In silvered zinc with a bronze frame rim, the dates "1890 1891" above "1894 1895" designing the two campaigns on the reverse, measuring 35. 3 mm (w) x 42. 3 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally pierced ball suspension, traces of silvering remains, original ribbon, near extremely fine.
